Selena appeared on Good Morning America on July 26th to promote her new album "Stars Dance" and before performing she opened up about her relationship with Justin.While chatting with Sam Champion and Lara Spencer,Selena was asked about the difficulties she faces on staying friends with her ex,on that she replied:

“We’ve had such a history together,” Selena said with a smile on her face. “I’ll always care about him and protect him.”

Isn't that sweet! Previously Selena had revealed on her interview with Ryan Seacrest that she and Justin are no longer together!
