People have been speculating that Justin might propose Selena on her birthday(which is tomorrow,22nd July).There is totally no confirmation on that,it might just be a birthday present.
Then again on 4th July Justin posted a picture of him with Selena (Check it out) and labelled it "#Heartbreaker".Some said she might feature in his new single while some assumed Justin was calling Selena her heartbreaker.
And now recently Justin released a trailer for his upcoming fragrance "The Key" (See Here).After seeing the video some beliebers have come to the conclusion that the video has a deeper meaning:

Yes,fans think that Justin is going to propose Selena on her birthday and break their hearts.The fans need to hold their horses this might be just a simple video trailer nothing else and to back this up,Selena has previously stated that she has no wedding plans on her mind and wants to concentrate on her career.
During May Selena was interviewed by "Y100" and she said:
“I’m sure I was that little girl that wanted to be married at 20, but no that’s definitely not anything I want on my radar,”
