Justin Bieber was in Toronto for his concert on July 25th,that in the morning he greeted his fans from the hotel balcony,he was so overwhelmed by the support of his fans that he posted a video on his instagram with this caption:

Shortly afterwards TMZ reported:
Here it is … hard proof Justin Bieber is a revolting, germ-spreading spitter. The photos were snapped Thursday in Toronto, where Bieber was perched atop his hotel balcony. We can’t tell what, or who, was directly under him as he dropped his saliva-bomb.
TMZ made it look like if Justin did something really bad or nasty,he is just a 19 year old boy and nearly everyone spits,it's not like he spit on someone.
